Recall that Dino was re-arrested last week and arraigned in a Kogi magistrate court for alleged possession of fire arms and funding a criminal group.
His bail application was heard by the court this morning. According to the Chief Judge, the adjournment is as a result of the failure of the lawyers of the Police and Senator Melaye to file their affidavit on the bail application.
The embattled senator is currently on admission at the national hospital in Abuja.
