16 States That Volunteered Lands For Cattle Colonies.
Northern states have agreed to establish cattle colonies except Benue and Taraba states.
The states include Adamawa, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Zamfara, Kebbi, Nasarawa, Plateau, Bauchi, Gombe, Borno, Jigawa, Yobe, Niger, Kogi and Kwara states.
