The Brazilian who signed for Barcelona on January 6, and will wear the number 14 shirt left vacant by the departure of Javier Mascherano after seven and a half seasons with the Blaugranas.
Coutinho will be the 7th Blaugrana to wear the number 14 and it will be a first for the Brazilian as he has worn the numbers 7, 10, 23, 29 and 30 previously in his career.
The Argentine announced on Wednesday he will be joining Chinese club Hebei China Fortune.
